I have been supporting artists and arts projects in their development for seventeen years.  

I do festival programming and production (Sziget Festival, dunaPart), work in international collaborations (coproductions, tours, Creative Europe and other partnership projects) and research projects (Reshape project).  

For the past 5 years  I have been developing and leading workshops and trainings in Hungary and internationally in topics such as project management, collaboration, international management (IETM, Budapest Contemporary Dance Academy, Werk Academy, KRAFT programme). 

I am passionately interested in collaborations, their quality, nature and dynamics. Whether a business partnership, cooperations of non-profit organisations, small business or arts collectives, I see the key to the efficient, creative working processes to be the mutually set goals, the clarification of individual motivations and open communication.  

To support my consulting and facilitation work in the last two ears I earned my diploma as a coach and business trainer at the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy at ELTE University in Budapest.  

In 2020 I completed the career coaching training of Coaching Centrum. 

In June 2022 I earned my Qualified Facilitator certificate.

I am based and active in Budapest.
